Pay Rate: £17.39 per hour (includes night shift premium)

Contract Type: Permanent, Part-Time (15 hours per week + regular overtime)

About the Role

We are partnering with the Co-op to recruit a dedicated Customer Team Member for their fast-paced store in Brae. In this night-shift role, you will play a crucial part behind the scenes and on the shop floor, keeping the store running smoothly and ensuring shelves are fully stocked and ready for the community each day.

Key Responsibilities

• Store Operations: Work hands-on to keep shelves stocked, check prices, monitor dates, and maintain stock accuracy.

• Team Support: Collaborate with your team to deliver smooth store operations and a great shopping experience.

• Community & Membership: Promote Co-op Membership and help the store stay connected with local and national causes.

What We Are Looking For

• Age Requirement: Must be aged 18 or over (due to business needs involving working before 6:00 AM or after 10:00 PM).

• Passion & Attitude: A genuine passion for helping people and delivering great service.

• Experience: An interest in retail and working in a busy store environment. No prior retail experience is necessary, as full, paid training is provided!

• Flexibility: Specific working pattern features 2 night shifts covering the hours between 10:00 PM and 6:00 AM (specific nights to be discussed at interview).
