Salary: £30,268.05 - £31,842.59 Per Annum (CGL points 25 to 27)

Supportive Bridge Staffing Agency is proud to partner with Change Grow Live (CGL) to recruit a detail-oriented and organised permanent Subject Access Request (SAR) Coordinator to join their national Legal Services Team on a 12-month fixed-term contract.
In this vital administrative and data protection role, you will coordinate the handling of Subject Access Requests and individual rights requests, ensuring strict adherence to statutory deadlines and data protection legislation. By working closely with operational and central teams, you will champion transparency, accountability, and trust, ensuring sensitive information is managed with the utmost care and professionalism.
SAR Administration & Tracking: Coordinate and monitor Subject Access Requests and individual rights requests, maintaining accurate case files, trackers, and audit trails.
Information Gathering: Act as a key point of contact for requestors, collaborating with operational and central teams to search electronic systems, email accounts, and repositories to retrieve relevant records.
Disclosure & Compliance: Prepare disclosure packs and supporting documents for review by Data Protection colleagues while proactively identifying and escalating compliance risks or delays.
Continuous Improvement: Support ongoing enhancements to SAR processes, templates, guidance notes, and workflow systems.
Data Protection & Legal Background: Good understanding of data protection legislation (such as GDPR/Data Protection Act) and experience handling sensitive personal data or administrative legal processes.
Core Competencies: Highly organised, detail-oriented, with excellent time-management skills and the ability to manage a varied caseload.
Communication Skills: Confident verbal and written communication skills with a collaborative, professional approach to working across multidisciplinary teams.
Requirements: Proactive and values-driven professional. Must hold the legal Right to Work in the UK (note: this role is subject to an enhanced DBS check where applicable).
Annual Leave: 25 days of annual leave plus bank holidays (pro rata), increasing by 1 extra day for each year of service during the first five years (up to 30 days).
