Support Bridge Staffing Agency is proud to partner with leading technology and business transformation teams to connect seasoned professionals with high-impact leadership roles. We are currently recruiting an experienced Senior ERP Project Manager to join a fast-moving technology portfolio.
In this vital role, you will take ownership of delivering complex, high-impact ERP and technology projects across Finance, HR, Procurement, and corporate functions. From implementing new ERP capabilities—such as SAP and S/4HANA Public Cloud—to managing major technology change, you will turn complex requirements into successful, business-ready solutions that shape the future of technology delivery.
What You’ll Do
End-to-End Delivery: Take full responsibility for the successful delivery of complex ERP and IT projects, from definition and planning through to implementation, testing, service acceptance, and handover.
SAP & Cloud Implementations: Lead the deployment of SAP and other ERP products (including S/4HANA Public Cloud implementations and Azure-to-Rise migrations) across business units.
Stakeholder Engagement: Work closely with senior business stakeholders across Finance, HR, and Procurement to agree priorities, manage expectations, and translate complex technical issues into clear business messages.
Project Governance: Manage project scope, plans, budgets, milestones, resources, risks, issues, and dependencies across a varied portfolio of projects and work packages.
Third-Party Management: Collaborate with internal technology teams, external suppliers, and technology partners to ensure deliveries stay on track and meet high standards.
Continuous Improvement: Drive process standardization and repeatable solutions across project delivery.
What We Are Looking For
ERP Experience: Significant, hands-on experience managing and delivering complex ERP implementations or major ERP transformations (essential).
Project Management Expertise: Proven track record as an IT or Technical Project Manager delivering complex technology change from initiation to implementation.
Technical Background: Specific experience working with SAP transformation, migration, and multi-business function environments (Finance, HR, Procurement).
Leadership & Stakeholder Skills: Strong stakeholder management skills with the confidence to advise senior leaders, influence suppliers, and hold third-party partners accountable.
Structured Approach: Exceptional organizational, communication, and negotiation capabilities with a proactive approach to risk management and contingency planning.
