About the Role

Are you looking for an active, structured role where you can help keep things running smoothly?

We are looking for friendly, reliable people to join the replenishment team, working on the shop floor to keep shelves fully stocked with a wonderful variety of fresh and ambient products. In this fast-paced environment with clear routines and timed activities, you will make sure customers can always get what they need, when they need it.

(Please note: Shifts for this role can start from 4:00 AM, so please keep this in mind when applying.)

As part of your development, you may also be trained to support other areas of the store—such as the famous Market Street or Customer Service teams—making this a fantastic role for a team player ready to help wherever needed.

Key Responsibilities:

• Stock Replenishment: Keep shelves efficiently stocked with fresh and ambient products in a fast-paced, structured environment.

• Customer Support: Deliver a helpful, friendly approach, supporting shoppers and resolving their queries with care.

• Store Flexibility: Assist across other store departments, such as Market Street or Customer Service, as part of a collaborative team.

• Equipment & Process Safety: Use store equipment safely while adhering strictly to routines and guidelines.

• Reliable Team Player: Comfortable following processes, using equipment safely, and jumping in to support various store teams.

• Age Requirement: Applicants must be over the school leaver’s age (with certain roles requiring individuals to be over 18 for health and safety compliance).
