At Supportive Bridge Staffing Agency, we partner with top employers to connect you with rewarding work opportunities. On behalf of our client, Aldi, we are seeking motivated Warehouse Selectors to join the day shift team at the Sheppey Distribution Centre on a fixed-term basis.

Every day brings new energy here! As a Selector, you’ll play a critical role in keeping warehouse operations moving. Using a voice headset to receive picking instructions, you’ll accurately select products, verify paperwork, and prioritize safety in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Accurate Stock Picking: Select products efficiently to hit daily targets.

• Detail-Oriented Checking: Carefully follow voice instructions and double-check order paperwork.

• Safe Equipment Operation: Safely operate Mechanical Handling Equipment (MHE) to navigate the warehouse (full training provided).
