Pay: £13.45 - £14.45 per hour (Earn an extra £2.00/hr on Bank Holidays and £3.50/hr for night shifts)

Hours: Permanent, Part-Time (4 to 15 hour contract, various shifts)

Experience: Entry level (No previous retail experience required!)

About the Role

Looking for a flexible, active part-time role that fits perfectly around your existing commitments? We are searching for a friendly and motivated Customer Assistant to join the team at Lidl in Oban. This is a dynamic role where you will keep moving, work closely with a supportive team, and ensure every customer leaves with a smile.

What You Will Do

• Help Customers: Answer questions and provide excellent service on the shop floor.

• Stock the Shelves: Unload deliveries quickly and keep the store tidy and well-stocked.

• Bake and Refresh: Help top up the bakery with fresh goods and organize the popular middle aisles.

• Pitch In: Work on the tills and help your team out wherever needed.
