About the Role
As a Sales Team Member, your primary goal will be to provide outstanding customer service and maintain excellent stock operations within our busy St. Helier store. Partnering with NEXT, Supportive Bridge Staffing Agency is excited to help enthusiastic candidates step into this dynamic retail environment. Working collaboratively with a fast-paced store team, you will share your passion for fantastic products and help keep the sales floor running smoothly.
What You Will Do
Customer Service: Offer fast, friendly, and approachable service, helping customers find exactly what they need.
Product Advocacy: Share your knowledge and enthusiasm for NEXT's amazing collections and brands.
Store Operations: Work across all areas of the store, including the sales floor, stockrooms, and processing new deliveries.
Personal Development: Take charge of your own growth with full support, training, and investment from day one.
