As a Bank worker, you will provide cover as and when needed (such as for annual leave or sick leave), offering you true flexibility alongside the chance to develop your career with one of the UK's leading healthcare providers.
About the Role
As a Bank Care Assistant, you’ll help residents enjoy each day by ensuring they receive top-quality care and support. Key responsibilities include:
Daily Living Support: Assisting residents with daily routines, personal care, and food and drink intake.
Companionship & Engagement: Providing genuine companionship, sharing great moments and memories, and ensuring residents have dedicated one-to-one time.
Care Plan Delivery: Following personalized care plans to cater to each individual's physical, social, and emotional needs.
About You
We are looking for a people-person with a positive, can-do attitude who meets the following criteria:
Experience: Some previous experience of caring for older people is essential.
Communication: Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate warmly with residents, families, and colleagues.
Attributes: High levels of empathy, a warm-hearted approach, and a genuine passion for delivering the highest standard of person-centred care.
