Salary: Annual base salary of £31,029

Supportive Bridge Staffing Agency is proud to partner with Potters Bar Clinic to source an organized and detail-oriented Workforce Lead. Join our team and play a pivotal role in delivering efficient, confidential, and compliant workforce and training administration.
Supporting managers and the Hospital Director, you will ensure accurate HR data, coordinate core people processes, and maintain consistent, effective HR practices to support safe staffing and organizational governance across the service.
Manage and maintain HR systems, employee records, and recruitment trackers with precision and the highest level of confidentiality.
Coordinate core human resources processes including recruitment, onboarding, induction, probation periods, contractual changes, leavers, and absence management.
Maintain strict statutory compliance, overseeing Right to Work checks, DBS renewals, professional registration verifications (NMC/HCPC), and visa administration.
Prepare clear workforce reports and metrics to give senior leadership actionable insights into recruitment activity, compliance status, and staffing trends.
Support governance and HR processes by attending and minuting formal confidential meetings (such as disciplinarians, grievances, and investigations) securely and accurately.
Equivalent to at least two years of solid experience in HR or workforce administration, managing employee records and compliance logs.
Working knowledge of statutory workforce requirements, including Right to Work checks, DBS processes, professional registrations, and sponsorship protocols.
Proven experience coordinating recruitment processes from advertising through onboarding and induction.
Exceptional attention to detail with the ability to produce accurate letters, reports, and secure, concise minutes for formal meetings.
Strong organizational skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a busy team.
Potters Bar Clinic provides 24-hour specialist care for adults and young people with acute mental health needs and personality disorders, including CAMHS Tier 4 Low Secure services for young people aged 13–18.
