This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced technology leader to drive digital transformation, shape strategic technology initiatives, and lead high-performing teams that deliver innovative solutions across the UK Insurance business. You will play a key role in modernising technology platforms while ensuring reliable, secure, and customer-focused IT services.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the technology strategy and oversee large-scale digital transformation programmes across the UKI business.

• Drive the adoption of cloud, automation, AI, and modern technology solutions to improve business performance.

• Build and lead high-performing technology teams while ensuring secure, resilient, and efficient IT operations.

Requirements

• Extensive experience in senior IT leadership, ideally within a regulated industry.

• Strong expertise in digital transformation, cloud technologies, AI, and agile delivery practices.

• Excellent stakeholder management, strategic planning, and leadership skills with a degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
