About the Role

Supportive Bridge Staffing Agency is partnering with leading distribution networks to find dedicated Warehouse Selectors for the Bathgate Distribution Centre. Join a friendly, tight-knit team where your primary role will be to accurately select stock designated for stores across Scotland, organizing items onto correct pallets and locations to ensure timely collection by our drivers.

You will receive instructions via a headset, so staying alert and attentive to essential details such as location numbers and product placement is crucial. You will primarily work in a temperature-controlled area set to 2°C handling chiller-stored products, though you may occasionally select stock in other parts of the distribution centre. Thanks to impressive sales growth and ongoing expansion, our warehouse teams play a vital role in ensuring stores remain stocked.

Key Responsibilities & Shift Details

• Stock Selection: Accurately, safely, and efficiently pick and organize products using headset instructions.

• Chiller Environment: Work in a temperature-controlled area set to 2°C handling chiller-stored goods.

• Shift Details: Fixed start time of 5:00 AM, finishing once daily tasks are completed (typically around midday to early afternoon).

• Working Pattern: Shift work, typically 5 days out of 7, including weekends (flexibility is valued, with alternative patterns open for discussion during application; start time remains fixed at 5:00 AM).
