About the Role
Are you a natural born leader ready to step up in a fast-paced retail environment? Supportive Bridge Staffing Agency is thrilled to partner with Lidl to find a dedicated and organized Retail Shift Manager for their store in Bathgate.
In this role, you will help maintain Lidl's high standards day in and day out. From motivating your team and taking charge of the shop floor to stepping in for the Store Manager when needed, you'll keep the store running like clockwork. This is a fantastic opportunity to prove your leadership capabilities, support your colleagues' growth, and build a successful retail career.
Key Responsibilities
Team Leadership: Motivate, support, and delegate tasks to your team while upholding Company and Leadership Principles.
Store Operations: Manage store operations seamlessly in the absence of the Store Manager and Deputy Store Manager.
Inventory & Quality Control: Oversee freshness, cash processes, stock management, and inventory to ensure smooth shifts.
Customer Experience: Deliver the absolute best shopping experience for every customer who walks through the doors.
Problem Solving: Act swiftly to resolve issues and maintain a calm, friendly, and professional demeanor under pressure.
