The Role

As a Bank Laundry Assistant, you will play a vital role in maintaining high standards of care and comfort. By managing the day-to-day laundry operations, you will ensure that residents' clothing and home linens are impeccably cared for, contributing directly to their wellbeing and happiness.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain consistently high standards of laundry service within the home.

• Wash, dry, iron, and repair items of clothing as needed to keep residents looking and feeling great.

• Monitor and maintain day-to-day linen stocks, raising any supply or equipment issues promptly to the Senior Housekeeper.

• Multitask effectively in a busy environment while working closely with other teams to keep residents happy in their home.
