Supportive Bridge Staffing Agency is partnering with Morrisons Pharmacy to find an experienced Pharmacy Dispensing Assistant (or a Pharmacy Customer Assistant looking to take the next step) for their Gibraltar location.

At Morrisons Pharmacy, we take a holistic approach to healthy living, helping customers look after themselves inside and out. In this role, you will provide a friendly, confidential, and attentive service, playing a key part in our in-store pharmacy team.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure patients receive a friendly, confidential, and attentive service at all times.

• Support and help control Over-The-Counter (OTC) sales and stock replenishment.

• Accurately label and dispense Prescription Only Medicines (POMs).

• Safely hand out prescriptions in accordance with established pharmacy procedures.

• Help resolve surgery queries and report dispensing errors or near misses.

• Deliver a range of professional pharmacy services and support the Pharmacy Team and Manager with agreed KPIs.

About You

We are looking for compassionate, customer-focused individuals. To qualify for this role, you should possess:

• Completion of an approved Pharmacy Assistant training course (e.g., NPA Interact) and an approved Pharmacy Dispensing Assistant course (e.g., NPA DAC - 1 year course).

• A naturally caring, compassionate, and helpful approach to customer care.

• Enthusiasm and commitment to delivering pharmacy services and targets.

• The ability to use your own initiative to resolve customer queries.

• Comfort working variable shifts as required.

• Note: Candidates must be over the school leaver’s age and eligible to work in Gibraltar.
