Pay Rate: £13.73 per hour (Monday–Friday) / £14.73 per hour (Saturday–Sunday)
Shift Times Available: 7:00 AM – 2:00 PM / 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM (Bank shifts)

As a supportive bridge staffing agency, we are partnering to recruit a compassionate and dedicated Bank Domiciliary Care Assistant for Oxlip House. Situated in Bury St Edmunds, Oxlip House is a fantastic 52-apartment Extra Care Housing scheme offering independent living with round-the-clock on-site care support.
Working here means you won't need to travel between different locations; all our clients live within the same modern building. From helping with daily routines and personal care to providing companionship and light household support, you will play a vital role in helping our residents live happy, independent, and fulfilled lives.
Person-Centred Care: Support clients with personal care routines while respecting their dignity, privacy, and independence in their own apartments.
Companionship & Wellbeing: Build meaningful relationships, provide friendly conversation, and support clients with daily tasks and activities.
Household Support: Assist with light household duties to ensure a comfortable and pleasant living environment.
Team Collaboration: Work seamlessly as part of a supportive, on-site care team within a single, vibrant community location.
Experience: Both experienced carers and those completely new to the care sector are welcome to apply! We provide all the training you need to start your career.

Competitive Pay: £13.73 per hour Monday to Friday, increasing to £14.73 per hour at weekends.
