In this incredibly varied role, you'll help manage a store that's more successful than ever before. You'll take real pride in maximizing sales, ensuring great customer service, minimizing costs, and optimizing operational efficiency. Most importantly, in the absence of the Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager, you will step up to be fully in charge of the store, gaining invaluable hands-on leadership experience.
Key Responsibilities
Store Management & Leadership: Take full charge of the store when stepping in for the Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager.
Operational Excellence: Handle everything from ordering stock and checking product displays to driving sales targets and minimizing costs.
Team Development: Train, mentor, and guide employees to maintain high performance and a supportive team culture.
Customer Service: Ensure exceptional customer service standards are consistently delivered across the store.
What We Are Looking For
Previous retail management or supervisory experience.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to take charge and motivate a team.
Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities in a fast-paced environment.
A proactive, results-driven approach to sales and store operations.
