Working as a Bank General Assistant through our supportive bridge staffing agency on behalf of Barchester Healthcare, you will carry out a wide range of tasks to help provide the quality care and support our residents deserve. Spanning housekeeping, cleaning, laundry, and catering, this wide-reaching role allows you to play a vital part in creating a warm, clean, and homely environment while building positive, meaningful relationships with our residents.
Key Responsibilities (What You'll Do)
Undertake diverse duties across housekeeping, cleaning, laundry, and catering services.
Help maintain a clean, safe, warm, and inviting environment for all residents.
Put residents first and build positive, professional, and friendly relationships with them.
Provide flexible, reliable cover across day shifts as required by the home.
