Are you a high-performing leader with a passion for fresh food and exceptional customer service? Morrisons is looking for a dedicated Market Street Manager to join our team in Haverfordwest. In this vital management role, you will lead and empower your team to put the customer first, ensure market-leading product availability, and drive outstanding performance across our signature fresh food departments.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and empower department colleagues to prioritize the customer and deliver exceptional service.
Listen and respond effectively to customer feedback, reacting proactively to meet their needs.
Ensure market-leading product availability across the store at all times.
Collaborate with other store managers to build a supportive, high-performance culture.
Efficiently manage people routines, including departmental scheduling, absence tracking, performance reviews, and talent development.
Deliver targeted training to build team capability, confidence, and cross-functional flexibility.
Build effective, collaborative relationships with cross-functional stakeholders and departments.
What We Are Looking For

Proven experience managing a team within a fast-paced environment (retail, hospitality, service, or travel/tourism backgrounds are all welcome).
Strong communication skills to share knowledge, best practices, and lead with clear purpose.
The ability to build and maintain strong stakeholder relationships while remaining adaptable and flexible.
Adaptability to change, with the confidence to challenge processes constructively.
