About the Role
As a Bank Senior Care Assistant, you’ll oversee care delivery and provide hands-on support to residents. Key responsibilities include:
Team Leadership: Supervising and inspiring a team of dedicated Care Assistants alongside the Deputy General Manager.
Clinical Support: Assisting the clinical team in specialized areas such as medication management, assessments, care planning, and care reviews.
Person-Centred Care: Safeguarding the dignity and preferences of residents while fostering a warm, welcoming, and vibrant home environment.
About You
We are looking for a warm-hearted and capable leader who meets the following criteria:
Qualifications: NVQ Level 3 or Advanced Diploma in Health & Social Care (or equivalent).
Knowledge: Specific knowledge of clinical care for the elderly.
Attributes: High levels of compassion, strong motivational and communication skills, and a commitment to delivering individualized support.
