Remote Clinical / Counselling Psychologist (HCPC Registered)
Location: Fully Remote (UK-wide, c/o Bupa Place)
Salary: £63,100 per annum based on full-time hours (pro-rata for part-time)
Contract Type: Permanent, Full-Time or Part-Time (minimum 2 days / 16 hours per week)
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, shifts between 08:00 - 20:00 (at least one late shift required: 11:30 - 20:00, averaging 5 appointments per day)

We are partnering with Bupa's Talking Therapies team to find a compassionate and driven Clinical / Counselling Psychologist. In this role, you will support adults with diverse mental health needs through phone and video appointments, putting people first to achieve stellar clinical outcomes.
Delivering high-quality psychological therapy with a strong focus on safety, outcomes, and recovery.
Completing thorough assessments and formulations via telephone or video based on client preference.
Managing a caseload within agreed session limits, working across short-term therapy, wellbeing support, and coaching models.
Participating in regular individual and group clinical supervision, team meetings, and group psychoeducation workshops.
Collaborating closely with Clinical Leads to continually improve client experience and service quality.
A Doctorate in Clinical or Counselling Psychology, accredited by the British Psychological Society (BPS).
Current registration with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC).
At least one year of post-qualification experience working with adult mental health presentations.
Strong digital literacy, excellent empathetic communication skills, and confidence managing a caseload autonomously.
