About the Role

Are you friendly, community-focused, and looking for a flexible retail opportunity? Supportive Bridge Staffing Agency is proud to partner with Co-op to recruit a dedicated Customer Team Member for their store in Brae.

In this role, you will be the friendly face of the store, delivering exceptional customer service on the shop floor, tills, and Post Office counters. Whether you are restocking shelves, guiding customers, or helping out with community activities, no two days are the same!

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver warm, thoughtful service and respond to customer queries.

• Assist customers on the tills, shop floor, and Post Office counters.

• Maintain a clean, safe, and legal store environment (stock rotation, price checks, and date controls).

• Help introduce new products and promote Co-op membership.

• Work collaboratively with your store colleagues to ensure smooth daily operations.

What We Are Looking For

• Age Requirement: Must be aged 18 or over (due to early morning/late evening shift requirements).

• People Skills: A genuine care for customers and the ability to build positive relationships.

• Flexibility: Available to work varied shifts (including 6:00 AM openings, 10:00 PM closings, and at least one weekend shift per week).

• Positive Attitude: A proactive, problem-solving approach to retail and a willingness to embrace change.
