Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate the onboarding of SME business customers by collecting and processing required documentation.

• Manage customer and intermediary queries while ensuring onboarding activities meet service level agreements.

• Work closely with internal teams to deliver a smooth and compliant onboarding experience.

Requirements

• Degree-level education with excellent written and spoken English.

• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.

• Excellent organisational, communication, and multitasking skills.
