Deputy Manager - RGN

The Deputy Manager - RGN will support the General Manager in overseeing the daily operations of the care home, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and the delivery of exceptional clinical care. The role combines clinical leadership, staff management, and quality assurance to achieve outstanding resident outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the General Manager in leading the care home and ensuring high standards of clinical and person-centred care.

• Oversee medication management, clinical audits, and monitor residents' wellbeing to maintain quality and compliance.

• Provide leadership and guidance to the care team while participating in clinical meetings and quality improvement initiatives.

Requirements

• Current NMC PIN with a recognised Registered Nurse (RGN) qualification.

• Minimum of 2 years' management experience within a similar care environment.

• Strong leadership, communication, and IT skills with the ability to inspire and manage teams effectively.
