Clinical Deputy Manager

This is an excellent opportunity for a registered nurse with leadership experience to support the delivery of exceptional resident care while overseeing clinical operations and mentoring care teams. The role plays a key part in maintaining high standards of clinical governance and person-centred care.

• Support the management of daily clinical operations, including care planning, medication management, and staffing coordination.

• Lead, mentor, and support the nursing and care team to deliver high-quality, person-centred care.

• Build strong relationships with residents, families, and healthcare partners to promote excellent care standards.

Requirements

• Valid NMC registration with experience in a clinical leadership or senior nursing role.

• Strong knowledge of care planning, infection control, and clinical governance.

• Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills.
