Job Title: Immigration Compliance Advisor (Fixed-Term)
Location: Kirkstall Forge, Leeds, LS5 3BF (Hybrid working: up to 3 days WFH)
Salary: From £28,400 per annum depending on experience (Grade A12)
Contract Type: 12-Month Fixed-Term Contract, Full-Time (37.5 hours per week)
We are partnering with Bupa's friendly and supportive People Services team at their Leeds office to find a detail-oriented Immigration Compliance Adviser on a 12-month fixed-term contract. Working within the UK support functions at Kirkstall Forge, you will play a vital backbone role in ensuring customer-facing colleagues can deliver exceptional standards of patient care.
As an Immigration Compliance Adviser through Supportive Bridge, you will be instrumental in ensuring full compliance with UK Visas and Immigration (UKVI) Sponsor Licence requirements. With a core focus on salary and payroll compliance across the Care Services business, you will monitor thresholds, investigate anomalies, protect sponsor licences, and help build robust reporting frameworks.
Develop and manage processes to ensure sponsored employees are paid in accordance with UKVI salary thresholds throughout their sponsorship.
Monitor weekly and monthly salary, earnings, and rostering data to identify and correct discrepancies before breaches occur.
Investigate payroll anomalies, underpayments, salary deductions, unpaid leave, and changes in working patterns that could affect compliance.
Liaise closely with Payroll, Healthroster, and HR teams to implement corrective actions and maintain rigorous audit trails.
Produce regular compliance dashboards and ensure all required notifications and reporting obligations to the Home Office are completed accurately and within prescribed timescales.
Educate stakeholders on the importance of UKVI Sponsor Licence requirements.
