Leeds Community Healthcare NHS Trust is looking for a Band 5 Physiotherapist for its Short Term Beds service, which helps people get back on their feet after a hospital stay before they return home. You will assess patients, plan and deliver rehabilitation to rebuild mobility, strength, balance and confidence, and work with nurses, occupational therapists, families and carers towards a safe discharge. Newly qualified and developing physiotherapists are welcome, with supervision and support to grow.
Salary: £32,073 to £39,043 per year (Band 5)
Permanent, 37.5 hours per week
Based across Leeds: Wharfedale Hospital and recovery hubs in Beeston, Yeadon and Seacroft
