Leeds Community Healthcare NHS Trust wants a Band 6 Children's Community Dietitian to support children and young people aged 0 to 19 across Leeds. Your caseload will include children who are tube fed, as well as those with feeding difficulties, food allergies such as cow's milk protein allergy, slow weight gain and very selective eating. You will see families in clinics, schools, at home and by phone or video, run joint clinics with paediatricians, and work with social care, education and safeguarding colleagues.

• Salary: £39,959 to £48,117 per year pro rata (Band 6)

• Permanent, 37.5 hours per week, hybrid working

• Base: Parkside Health Centre, Dewsbury Road, Leeds

• Qualified dietitian with paediatric experience or Band 6 experience

• Full training provided
