Avery Healthcare is looking for a Team Leader at Aire View care home in Kirkstall, Leeds. You will lead person-centred care planning – monthly reviews, care plan audits and action plans – manage smooth discharges including paperwork, medication and updates to next of kin, keep residents' records current as their needs change, and make sure the team follows safe working practices.

• Pay: £15 per hour

• Contract: permanent

• Location: Aire View, Broad Lane, Kirkstall, Leeds LS5 3ED

What you'll need

• NVQ Level 3 or equivalent in care

• Two years' experience in a senior care role

• Strong communication and the ability to lead staff and step up when the manager is away

• A DBS check (the employer pays for this) and proof of the right to work in the UK
