Your Role: What You’ll Do

As a Night Care Assistant, you will be the reassuring, watchful presence our residents rely on during the night, ensuring their comfort, safety, and dignity while they rest.

• Bedtime & Waking Support: Gently assist residents with their evening routines, waking during the night, personal hygiene, and settling comfortably in the morning.

• Build Trusting Relationships: Deliver warm, empathetic companionship and a listening ear when residents feel anxious or need reassurance.

• Ensure Night-Time Safety: Monitor the home systematically throughout the night, maintaining a peaceful, comfortable, and secure environment.

• Deliver Person-Centred Care: Contribute to and follow personalized care plans, ensuring that each resident's unique history, preferences, and choices are respected.
