About the Role

We are currently recruiting a Stock Assistant for the retail store in Swinfen Vale.

In store operations, no two days are alike. As a Stock Assistant, you are essential to keeping the store fully stocked and looking its best. From unloading deliveries to making sure products are neatly presented and high in quality, your work keeps the store running seamlessly for every shopper.

Detailed Key Responsibilities

• Stock Replenishment: Restock shelves efficiently and present products neatly to maintain maximum shelf availability.

• Delivery & Quality Assurance: Check deliveries upon arrival, audit product quality, and promptly remove items that do not meet high store standards.

• Customer Support: Offer friendly and efficient service whenever assisting customers on the floor.

• Team Operations: Work closely with store colleagues in a fast-paced environment to maintain high operational standards.

Skills & Requirements

• Stocking Efficiency: Comfortable replenishing stock at pace and physically active on your feet throughout your shift.

• Positive Mindset: Friendly, approachable, and ready to support both customers and team members.

• Adaptable & Reliable: Dependable with a flexible attitude in a fast-moving setting.

• Experience Level: Previous retail or stockroom experience is a plus, but not essential—the right attitude matters most!

• Transport Readiness: Shifts can start as early as 6:00 AM and finish as late as 10:00 PM. Please ensure you have dependable transport to and from the Swinfen Vale store for these hours.
