Bank Housekeeping Assistant

Supportive Bridge Staffing & Recruitment is delighted to offer an opportunity for a Bank Housekeeping Assistant to join a top-tier private hospital team in Hensol, UK. In this role, you will be key to creating a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for patients, visitors, and clinical staff.

Working on a flexible bank contract, you will perform essential housekeeping duties on an ad-hoc schedule to suit facility needs. Working alongside the housekeeping and infection prevention teams, you will ensure high sanitation standards are maintained across patient rooms and hospital areas without interrupting patient care.

Key Responsibilities

• Clean and prepare patient rooms, wards, and non-clinical areas following established healthcare hygiene protocols.

• Carry out routine waste removal, linen collection, and scheduled periodic deep cleaning tasks.

• Collaborate closely with the Infection Prevention team to report incidents and maintain a safe clinical environment.

Requirements

• Prior housekeeping or domestic cleaning experience within a healthcare, hospital, or commercial setting is preferred.

• Strong organizational skills with a detail-oriented, self-motivated approach to work.

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to interact warmly with patients and team members.
