Position: Registered Nurse - Days

Location: Richmond Villages Witney Care Home, Coral Springs Way, Witney, Oxfordshire, OX28 5DG

Employment Type: Permanent, Full-Time (Week 1: 2 x 12-hour shifts; Week 2: 3 x 12-hour shifts | Shift Pattern: 8:00 AM – 8:00 PM)

Salary & Perks: £23.20 per hour + £1,000 Welcome Bonus (paid after completing 4 weeks of service, subject to tax/NI)

Role Overview

We are seeking a compassionate, energetic, and skilled Registered Nurse to join our day team. In this pivotal role, you will be at the heart of making a difference, driving unit operations, overseeing clinical standards, and mentoring the care team while ensuring our residents receive the highest quality of personal and social care.

Key Responsibilities:

• Take responsibility for the physical, emotional, and social wellbeing of residents, carrying out clinical assessments and individualized care plans.

• Drive and manage unit operations alongside clinical duties, ensuring policies and standards meet high clinical requirements and support CQC compliance.

• Coach, guide, and support the care team, providing formal and informal training programs to colleagues and healthcare professionals.

• Monitor work areas to ensure safety, regulatory compliance, and the promotion of resident dignity and independence.

Key Requirements & Qualifications

• A valid NMC pin as a Registered Nurse with a genuine commitment to professional development and adhering to the NMC Code of Conduct.

• A positive, high-energy attitude with a hands-on approach and a flair for fostering a supportive working environment.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building strong, honest relationships with residents, families, and multidisciplinary teams.
