Care Assistant (Day)

As a Care Assistant (Day), you will play a central role in delivering high-quality, person-centered care. Working collaboratively with the care team, you will respond to resident needs, encourage independence, maintain safety, and ensure personalized care plans are thoughtfully followed throughout the shift.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide daytime assistance with personal care routines including washing, dressing, hygiene, and mealtimes.

• Encourage resident independence, dignity, and companionship while contributing to personalized care plans.

• Maintain clear care records, observe resident wellbeing, and communicate updates to the senior care team.

• Strong communication skills and reliable shift flexibility.

• Valid right to work in the UK and ability to commute to Swindon.
