Location: White Lodge Care Home, Braydon, Swindon, Wiltshire, SN5 0AD
Employment Type: Permanent | Part-Time (24 hours per week) | Day Shifts (10:00 AM to 4:00 PM, 4 days a week including weekends)

In this rewarding part-time role, you will deliver fun, creative, and varied activities to ensure our residents enjoy an environment that is motivational and fulfilling. We want to make sure every individual can pursue the interests they love most, meaning you will have a genuine, uplifting impact on our residents' daily lives. Your work will involve helping to organize and deliver a diverse programme of pastimes, social events, group outings, and hobbies—utilising your driving licence to facilitate community trips and helping residents live as independently as possible while strengthening connections with their families and friends.
You do not need prior experience in a care or activities role; you can come from any background! What matters most is your personality and passion:

Interpersonal Skills: A genuine interest in people, alongside an enthusiastic, empathetic, and patient approach.
Essential Requirement: A full UK driving licence. (Comprehensive training courses are provided to build your confidence and help you grow in your role!)
Competitive Pay: £13.21 per hour for a 24-hour working week.
