Key Responsibilities
Work as part of a close-knit team to ensure all standards of cleanliness and laundry are impeccably maintained across the home.
Carry out all cleaning duties in strict accordance with worksheet instructions and standard operating procedures to uphold hotel service standards.
Understand the specific cleaning requirements of different surfaces and coverings alongside the properties of cleaning materials to keep all areas in optimal condition.
Treat all residents with utmost dignity and respect, ensuring their personal space and belongings are always carefully regarded.
Person Specification & Requirements
Experience: Previous experience of cleaning or handling laundry within a public or professional setting.
Knowledge & Skills: Solid understanding of Health and Safety regulations, particularly Moving and Handling techniques, Fire Safety, and COSHH assessments.
Core Qualities: Compassion and commitment to delivering high-quality housekeeping services, coupled with the ability to be adaptive and flexible to cover shifts at short notice.

Compliance: Enhanced Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check required (cost met by Avery Healthcare) alongside proof of eligibility to work in the UK.
