About the Role
Supportive Bridge Staffing Agency is looking for an experienced and driven Shop Manager to lead the team supporting Greggs at their 104 High Street shop in Marlborough.
In this key leadership role, you will drive store operations, motivate and develop your team, and maintain high standards across all ordering channels—in-store, Click + Collect, delivery, and drive-thru.
Key Responsibilities
Team Leadership & Development: Recruit, train, coach, and motivate team members while building a welcoming, high-performing, and inclusive environment.
Operational & Financial Management: Manage daily shop performance, including waste control, wage efficiency, and sales targets.
Hands-on Support: Lead by example on the shop floor by active involvement in product preparation, baking, and serving customers.
Store Standards: Maintain exceptional levels of cleanliness, safety, display presentation, and product availability.
What We Are Looking For
Proven background as a Supervisor, Assistant Manager, or Line Manager within retail, hospitality, or food-on-the-go environments.
Strong leadership capability with experience managing wage/waste controls and driving shop performance.
Excellent customer service skills and a hands-on approach to leadership.
