As a Care Assistant (Night), you will play a key role in delivering high-quality person-centered care during the night shift. You will work closely with the care team to maintain resident safety, deliver gentle physical and emotional support, and uphold the highest standards of dignity and respect.
Key Responsibilities
Gently assist residents with evening routines, personal care, hygiene, and bedtime preparation.
Regularly monitor residents throughout the night to ensure their comfort, safety, and individual care needs are met.
Accurately maintain and update daily care records and report any changes in resident health or behavior.
