Key Responsibilities

• Provide personal care and daily living support while promoting residents' dignity and independence.

• Assist with meals, wellbeing activities, and respond promptly to emergency care alerts when required.

• Maintain accurate care records and work closely with colleagues and healthcare professionals to ensure outstanding care.

Requirements

• Previous experience in a care or dementia setting or a Level 3 Health & Social Care qualification is desirable.

• Excellent communication skills with a caring and compassionate approach.

• Ability to work flexibly and deliver person-centred care as part of a supportive team.
