Supportive Bridge Staffing & Recruitment is seeking an enthusiastic Swim Instructor to join the team at a modern Fitness & Wellbeing facility in Cannock, UK. In this role, you will be essential in helping members of all ages and abilities build confidence in the water, refine their technique, and achieve their health and fitness goals.
Working on a flexible bank contract basis, you will deliver high-quality instruction on an ad-hoc schedule tailored to your availability. You will foster a safe, positive, and motivating environment while conducting lessons in alignment with national Swim England standards.
Key Responsibilities
Plan and deliver engaging one-to-one or group swimming lessons using the Swim England framework.
Motivate and inspire swimmers of all ages and abilities to reach their personal goals.
Promote facility amenities, teaching programs, and membership benefits to participants while upholding pool safety standards.
Requirements
ASA Level 2 or Swim England Level 2 Swimming Teacher qualification.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with an approachable, student-focused teaching style.
Passion for swimming and the ability to adapt lessons to meet individual customer needs.
