HC-One is recruiting a night Senior Care Assistant at Littleton Lodge in Cannock. You will plan and deliver personalised, dignified care, lead a team of care assistants, support the Registered Nurse and Care Manager – including giving medication – organise social and leisure activities, and keep care records accurate.
Key details
Pay: £14.35 – £14.95 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications
Hours: full-time, 38.5 hours a week, nights on a three on, three off pattern
Location: Littleton Lodge, Cannock
What you'll need
Ideally a Level 2 qualification in adult social care, and willingness to work towards Level 3
Experience of person-centred care planning and knowledge of dementia care
Good communication and time management
Awareness of safeguarding and how to report concerns
