About the Role
Are you energetic, hands-on, and looking for a dynamic role with plenty of variety? Supportive Bridge Staffing Agency is partnering with a major nationwide retailer to recruit a dedicated Store Colleague for their busy store in Alfreton.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a true "doer." Whether you are serving shoppers at the checkout, picking online orders, stocking shelves, or helping out with store deliveries, no two days are the same. You'll be part of a diverse, welcoming team where you can enjoy stability, flexibility, and great support.
Availability Window
We ask that you are available to work during the following morning periods (contracted shifts are scheduled within these times with 3 weeks' notice):
Sunday: 06:00 – 12:00
Monday: 06:00 – 12:00
Friday: 06:00 – 12:00
Saturday: 06:00 – 12:00

Key Responsibilities
Customer Service: Greet shoppers with a smile, build great rapport, and serve with passion and pride.
Store Operations: Work across customer service, order picking, shelf replenishment, and occasional delivery handling.
Product Care: Handle products carefully to maintain high quality, reduce waste, and ensure they reach customers in top condition.
Teamwork: Work well within a team, communicate openly, and create a great inclusive atmosphere.
What We Are Looking For
Age Requirement: Must have passed school leaver's age (Note: Candidates must be over 18 if working before 6:15 am).
