Care Team Leader

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily shift operations, guiding care assistants and providing direct support to keep residents active and independent.

• Manage resident case plans, conduct risk assessments, and safely administer and record medications.

• Act as a key liaison between families, healthcare providers, and internal management to continuously enhance service standards.

Requirements

• NVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care is desirable, alongside strong leadership, task delegation, and IT skills.

• Practical understanding of care planning procedures and medication management (or willingness to complete training).

• Excellent communication skills paired with a caring, resident-focused approach.
