Complex Care Assistant (HCA)
Location: Wiltshire, SN25, Swindon (One-to-one home care)
Hours: Minimum 24 hours per week required (Full-time and part-time available)
Shifts: 12-hour shifts available
Pay Rate: £12.50 – £16.00 per hour (Estimated annual earnings of £26,200 – £28,950 based on average 36-hour weekly patterns)

We are currently recruiting dedicated Healthcare Assistants to support complex care clients in the comfort of their own homes in the Swindon area. (Note: This is dedicated one-to-one care based at a single residence—you will not travel between multiple homes!)

What You Will Do
Provide attentive, high-quality, person-centred support tailored to clients with complex medical and daily living needs.
Work proactively within a small, consistent core team of regular care staff dedicated to a single client per shift.
Help your client maintain safety, comfort, and independence in their own home environment.

What We Are Looking For
At least 6 months of professional care experience.
A compassionate, reliable, and proactive personality who is ready for a rewarding clinical challenge.
A commitment to working a minimum of 24 hours per week.
Valid evidence of the right to work in the UK.
