About the Role
Are you an experienced clinical professional looking to make a meaningful impact through the night hours? We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse for night shifts to join our supportive family at Parris Lawn, a 62-bedded nursing care home in Lewes.
In this vital role, you will deliver top-tier clinical care, shape personalized care plans, and provide guidance to our night care teams, ensuring our residents experience safety, dignity, and restful comfort right through the night.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver high-quality, professional night-time nursing care tailored to each resident's individual needs.
Develop, review, and implement comprehensive personalised care plans.
Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary healthcare professionals to guarantee integrated care.
Provide clinical guidance, mentorship, and support to junior care staff on duty.
Maintain accurate, up-to-date resident records in compliance with regulatory standards.
What We Are Looking For
A valid NMC pin (Registered Nurse).
Strong clinical skills combined with excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
