Key Responsibilities

• Assist residents with daily living tasks, personal care, and mobility support.

• Support residents with food, drink, and nutritional intake.

• Follow individual care plans and maintain accurate daily records.

• Provide meaningful companionship and dedicated one-to-one interaction.

• Help create a welcoming, safe, and person-centred environment.

What We Are Looking For

• Experience: Some prior experience caring for older people.

• Communication & Attitude: Excellent communication skills with a proactive, can-do approach.

• Values: Genuine empathy, a warm-hearted nature, and deep compassion for resident wellbeing.

• Flexibility: Available on a bank contract basis to provide casual cover (e.g., annual leave or sick leave) as needed.
