About the Role

As a Bank Night Care Assistant at Lydfords, you will help residents feel safe, secure, and well-cared for through the night hours.

You’ll assist with night routines, personal care, and mobility support while providing gentle reassurance and companionship. Every shift brings a chance to bring your dedication and compassion to a fulfilling environment, ensuring residents maintain their dignity, comfort, and peace of mind overnight.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide attentive night-time care, personal care, and mobility assistance.

• Follow individual care plans and maintain accurate nightly records.

• Offer comfort, reassurance, and support for any late-night needs.

• Maintain a calm, safe, and peaceful atmosphere throughout the home.

• Collaborate with the care team to ensure seamless, high-quality care.

What We Are Looking For

• Experience: Some prior experience of caring for older people.

• Communication & Attitude: Excellent communication skills with a proactive, can-do approach.
