As a Sales Manager, you will lead and inspire your store team to prioritize outstanding customer service, drive commercial performance, and achieve key targets. • Store Leadership & Support: Assist store management across all product areas, back-of-house operations, and take charge of running the store when needed.

• Team Motivation: Create an inspiring atmosphere where supporting and coaching team members to reach their best is central to daily operations.

• Hands-On Management: Maintain a practical, hands-on approach by working side-by-side with your team across commercial and operational tasks.

• Operational Efficiency: Ensure accurate stock processes, a safe working environment, and clear, up-to-date communication across the team.
