In this overnight role, you will support residents with personal care and comfort, ensuring they experience a safe, restful, and dignified night environment.

Role Description

As a Care Assistant (Night), you will play a key role in delivering high-quality, person-centered overnight care. Working collaboratively with the night care team, you will respond to resident needs, maintain safety and comfort, and ensure care plans are diligently followed throughout the shift.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide overnight assistance with personal hygiene, mobility, and bedtime/morning routines.

• Monitor resident wellbeing and safety, carrying out regular checks throughout the night.

• Maintain accurate care records and report changes in resident condition to the senior night team.

Requirements

• Patient, compassionate, and resident-focused approach to care.

• Strong communication skills and full reliability for working night shifts.

• Valid right to work in the UK and ability to commute to Dorking.
