Position: Bank Care Assistant / Carer
Location: Meadowcroft Care Home, Queens Road, Thame, OX9 3NQ
Pay Rate: £13.78 per hour (plus weekend and NVQ enhancements available)
Contract Type: Bank / 0 Hours per week (Flexible shifts to suit your lifestyle)
Shift Pattern: 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM (Working alternate weekends)
About the Role
As a Supportive Bridge Staffing Agency, we are proud to partner with this leading not-for-profit provider to find compassionate care assistants for Meadowcroft Care Home in Thame.
Situated in a quiet residential area close to the town centre, Meadowcroft offers high-quality residential, dementia, and nursing care for up to 71 residents in comfortable, homely surroundings. Whether you are an experienced care professional or completely new to the sector, you will make a genuine, daily impact by supporting personal care, assisting with daily routines, and sharing laughs and meaningful companionship.
Key Responsibilities
Provide respectful, person-centred personal care (including washing, bathing, and toileting support).
Build meaningful, lasting relationships with residents to support their daily wellbeing and independence.
Bring kindness, exceptional care, and dignity to the home environment.
Communicate effectively as part of a collaborative, supportive team.
