Operating within the high-profile Ad Astra programme, you will play a key role in delivering business change and readiness activities for a single business unit deployment. You will assess the impact of change, develop readiness plans, map user journeys, and ensure colleagues are fully prepared to adopt new processes, systems, and ways of working that strengthen Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) capabilities.
Impact Assessment: Lead and document change impact assessments, identifying the effects of changes to processes, systems, data, and ways of working through workshops and stakeholder engagement.
Readiness Planning: Develop and deliver business change and readiness plans aligned with overarching programme objectives.
User Journeys & Adoption: Create and map user journeys and support the creation of targeted engagement and communication materials for diverse stakeholder groups.
Risk & Progress Management: Collaborate with business teams to identify, track, and manage readiness activities, risks, and benefit realisation measures.
Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain effective relationships across a matrix environment, monitoring and reporting on change progress to deployment and business teams.
Transformation Experience: Proven track record of delivering business change and readiness activities within large-scale technology transformation programmes.
Change Methodologies: Strong practical experience leading change impact assessments, workshops, impact analysis documentation, and user journeys.
Financial Process Awareness: Solid understanding of finance processes, with Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) experience considered highly desirable.
Influencing & Communication: Exceptional stakeholder management and influencing skills, with the ability to work effectively and collaboratively in a matrix environment.
